Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in or attending any of our ceramics or robotics classes or events (hereinafter “Programs”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Enrollment and Participation

  • All participants (or guardians of minor participants) must complete registration before attending any Program.
  • Payment must be made in full prior to the start of the class or session unless otherwise stated.
  • Clay + Code reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In such cases, you will be notified and eligible for a full refund.

Age Requirements

  • Programs are designed for participants ages 5 and up.
  • Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during drop-off and pick-up unless otherwise specified.

Release of Liability

By participating in any Program offered by Clay + Code, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You understand that working with clay, tools, electronic components, and robotics may involve risks including but not limited to minor cuts, burns, allergic reactions, or other injuries.
  • You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries that may occur.
  • You release and hold harmless Clay + Code, its owners (Tara and Hardik Joshi), employees, instructors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action, known or unknown, arising from participation in our Programs.

Health and Safety

  • Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by instructors.
  • Clay + Code reserves the right to remove any participant from a class or activity for behavior deemed unsafe or disruptive, without refund.
  • If your child has allergies, medical conditions, or special needs, please inform us prior to class.

Photography & Media Consent

  • We may occasionally take photographs or videos during classes to share on our website, social media, or promotional materials.
  • By enrolling, you grant Clay + Code permission to use images and recordings of you or your child for educational and promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.

Email and Personal Information

  • Your personal information (name, email, phone, etc.) is collected solely for registration, communication, and updates about our Programs.
  • We respect your privacy. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties.
  • You may unsubscribe from marketing or informational emails at any time.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the class start date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made the same day are not eligible for a refund but may receive class credit, subject to availability.
  • No-shows will not receive refunds or credits.

Changes to Terms

  • Clay + Code reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and/or emailed to registered participants.
  • By registering for any class or event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
